2. Service Description
This Website provides eyewear product wholesale services, mainly targeting overseas retailers, wholesalers, and brand purchasers. All product information is for reference only, and specific specifications are subject to actual order confirmation.
3. Ordering Process
3.1 Inquiry
You need to submit an inquiry through the website form or contact information, specifying product model, quantity, customization requirements, and other information. We will reply with a quotation within 1-3 business days.
3.2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style. For sample orders, please contact us to confirm fees and delivery time.
3.3 Order Confirmation
After receiving your order, we will send a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. The order becomes effective after receiving the deposit.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are for reference only, and actual prices are subject to order confirmation. Prices may be adjusted due to raw material costs, exchange rate fluctuations, and other factors.
4.2 Payment Methods
- Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit, balance paid before shipment
- Letter of Credit (L/C): Applicable to large orders, requires prior confirmation
- PayPal/Western Union: Applicable to sample orders
4.3 Payment Terms
Please pay the deposit within 7 days after order confirmation, overdue orders may be automatically cancelled.
5. Production and Delivery
5.1 Production Cycle
Standard order production cycle is 60-90 days, depending on order quantity and customization requirements. Rush orders can be negotiated and may incur additional charges.
5.2 Customization Services
We provide free Logo customization services (screen printing/laser engraving). Customization content must be provided at order confirmation, and vector format files (AI/EPS) must be provided.
5.3 Shipping Methods
- Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 business days, applicable to samples and small batches
- Air freight: 5-10 business days, applicable to medium batches
- Sea freight: 20-45 business days, applicable to large orders
5.4 Trade Terms
FOB Ningbo/Shanghai terms are adopted by default. If CIF or other terms are required, please inform us in advance to calculate shipping costs.
6. Quality Assurance
6.1 Quality Inspection Standards
All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipment, complying with CE, FDA, and other relevant certification standards. We provide factory inspection reports.
6.2 After-Sales Policy
If quality issues are found after receiving the goods, please provide photo evidence within 7 days, and we will arrange reshipment, refund, or discount according to the situation. Returns and exchanges for non-quality issues must bear shipping costs by the buyer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website (including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, designs) belongs to Feishi Optical. Unauthorized use for commercial purposes is prohibited. Custom designs provided by customers, intellectual property rights belong to the customer.

9. Governing Law
